METHOD:-
WASH POTATOES WELL AND PAT DRY.
BAKE ON A WIRE RACK OF 180 DEGREE C FOR ABOUT 45
MINUTES OR UNTILL DONE.
MEANWHILE MIX HALF THE CHEESE WITH YOGHURT, SPRINGS
ONIONS AND SWEET CORN.
MEAN WHILE MIX HALF THE CHEESE WITH YOGHURT, SPRING
ONION (CHOPPED FINELY) AND SWEET CORN.
CUT THE TOPS OF THE POTATOES AND CAREFULY SCOOP OUT
THE FLESH FROM THE CENTRE WITHOUT BREAKING THE SKIN.
MIX POTATO FLESH WITH THE CHEESE MIXTURE SALT AND
PEPPER.
PILE THE MIXTURE BACK INTO THE POTATO SHELLS
CAREFULLY AND TOP WITH THE REMAINING GRATED CHEESE.
PLACE UNDER A HOT GRILL FOR A FEW MINUTES UNTIL THE
CHEESE MELTS AND TURNS GOLDEN.
