MASALA KHAKHRAS

Method of preparation

Make a hard dough of all the ingredients with luke warm water. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions. Roll out with a rolling pin and bake on tawa both side with oil.

Serve with curd, pickles and chuntey.                                         

NOTE: if you want more spice can add some ginger, chilly and garlic paste also.
