THE FILLING:
Whip
cream. Add a few drops of mint flavor. Put the whipped cream
into the piping bag fitted with a star nozzle (nu—10) and
pipe the mixture into the chocolate cones decorate with edible
green glitter. Chill until required.
NOTE:
for filling idea:
Add
any fruit pulp in the whipped cream or you can fill choco
mousse.
TIPS:
Serve on decorated plate (eg.: make flower on plate with melted
chocolate.)
