Chocolate Mint Cones

Ingredients Units Quantity
cooking chocolate gms 75 (3 / 4 cups broken into pieces)
rich cream ml   100 a few droops of mint flavor (oil based)
Method of preparation
Cut 3 or 4 inches of butter paper. Shape each circle into a cone shape & secure with cello tape (double fold) melt the chocolate in microwave or on gas ,with out putting any water. Coat chocolate in the inner side of the butter paper cones using brush, then place the cones in empty kulfi cones& set in fridge for 10 minutes. Carefully peel away the paper & store properly.
 FOR THE FILLING:

Whip cream. Add a few drops of mint flavor. Put the whipped cream into the piping bag fitted with a star nozzle (nu—10) and pipe the mixture into the chocolate cones decorate with edible green glitter. Chill until required.

NOTE:  for filling idea: 

Add any fruit pulp in the whipped cream or you can fill choco mousse.

TIPS: Serve on decorated plate (eg.: make flower on plate with melted chocolate.)
